AJAX framework for ASP.NET

AJAX again! yeah, after Ko NN has read the previous post, he gave me a link, where ‘Atlas’ lies. What is the ‘Atlas’? Check it here. It’s a framework for ASP.net. Lemme quote some text from that site.

My bag is too heavy.

The first class was ‘ECOM‘… Mr. Justin juz mentioned what to study for coming exam…so class was dismissed early.. went to food court 4 and had breakfast.. [S'pore style S$ 2 breakfast] we – azlan, how kiat, hung hwee, wpk and my myself – planned to go to pulau ubin which is an offshore island of Sg. Then, we attended ‘ISNS‘. after that, lunch break. one after another, the last class was WEBA practical, we had to work on assignments whose deadline is coming Friday.

Since that class started, I didn’t feel very well. I felt dizzy. I worked hard on it… I was sunk in the lines of codes… I had to change CSS part of my web form.. it’s time-consuming and painstaking.. I kept working until 6:50 when a lady came asked us to leave the lab… it is the first time I’ve ever experienced that… I called wpk.

He said he was at fc6… So, I joined him.. when I camed out of the lab.. I noticed that my bag was quite (quite) heavy.. it must be.. due to a lot of things inside.. at fc6, I ate my dinner.. and I went back.. I don’t feel very well (even now..) I think ‘d better take a rest… tomorrow, we have to take a test for our GEM module – EOM which wpk, kosi, hung hwee, eugene also attend…. sigh….

University suspends exams for World Cup

Oddly Enough?? A Bagladesh university has postponed exams for World Cup as students clamour vice-chancellor.

DHAKA (Reuters) – A Bangladesh university has postponed exams until after the World Cup finals after hundreds of students lay siege to the vice-chancellor’s office.

Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology had earlier rejected students’ calls to postpone exams scheduled for June 3-29.

“The classes will remain suspended until July 14,” an official at the university in the capital said Monday.

Bangladesh failed to qualify for the World Cup finals, which will be hosted by Germany from June 9 to July 9.

If you are a blogger, try this firefox extension – performancing. What are good points of performancing? Honestly, I don’t know much. But, lemme tell you something. It took me more than a night to include technoratic tags below each entry I posted but do you think I could do that? no! Now, I’m able to add those tages with this performancing browser-embedded application which can be downloaded directly from here.You can format the text to meet your preference. Bold it, Italicize it, Underline it, Strikethrough it, Quote it. Font size is customizable, too. Add links, add images (In wordpress, you needa first upload image to your own ftp server but you can set your ftp server with performancing too.. how nice?) try out what can we do more…

What is the best of performancing? As I mentioned above, advance publishing options – you can add technorati tags which you may see at the end of this post, you can directly bookmark this post to del.icio.us using the same tags at technorati. Even pinging can be done. Honestly (again ), I don’t exactly know what is pinging. I needa read it now.

BUOM presentation finished

forgot to bring my external hdd.. inside are the powerpoint file and the report.. first lesson today was Multi-tire Distributed Application Development… a bit late.. as got up late.. then lunch break.. i had to go back home to fetch the hdd… then came back to school again.. after that I had my lunch at fc6. after lunch break was WEBA lecture… and…our BUOM presentation came next.. how? fine. so-so. I talked what I felt.. what I prepared myself..then the last lesson was ELIT tutorial..

we even talked about movies with teacher… I remember he prefers MI:3 IMax Version.. ha ha Then..at 4:30 the class was dismissed.. I moved to Zayat.. and. had a cup of tea and french fries with friends … we talked about ourselves.. (:P complicated??) then we proceeded to MM library.. and I gave the book ‘Studies in Australia 2006′ which I got for free at a course and career show.. then I came back home..

Unexpected call!

juz received a phone called form someone from England. exactly, London, more exactly, west London. Yeah, Ko BN called me – after receiving my contact no. from WPK. I asked him about the situations there.

He said ‘London is now in its winter!’ the sun shines until 9 or 10 pm and..4 am in the early morning, it appears again!!.. during summer, the dusk falls ard 4 or 5 in the afternoon and the sun keeps hiding until 9 am in the next morning… he told me about part time jobs there.. minimum £ 5.05 whether you worked at McDonald or Starbucks…

he said there were a lot of Myanmars in West London..I asked him about Internet Connection Plans offered there. And I asked him for his photos..he said he would give me soon. He took some photos at British Museum.

Assignments

!_! teacher is an MBA…we never learned business before, what we have to do is to find solutions for Intel’s problems – unsold stock and losing market share… what we’re gonna do? so dead!

SP Thingyan kept me busy

Sigh…haven’t posted anything for days…yeah Post Thingyan Get-Together 2006 was successfully finished…it was held on last Sunday. Everyone was exultant. They found the job they’ve done excellent.. the spectators were on our side.. I was in the play..I hope most like it..(according to the laughter i heard..)

anyeint did better.. ko mzt, ko wyl, ko mnl and last but not least ptha (who portrayed ‘sote choon’) everyone said anyeint was darn funny… i love it also..i was at the back stage then…need to wait for them (the 4 jokers) who came back to back stage to drink water during transition.. i was holding a water bottle waiting them.. after anyeint came in the band..not so bad, (only a few went off).. most enjoyed it..after that i had to accompany wyl to return the utensils back to peninsula.. quite fun..time for sote chooon! be cool! oops! time for assignments also..take care…
